The Basics

Your booking includes a complimentary pre-shoot consultation, a custom moodboard, my rate, and the final deliverables.

I do provide extra services and add-ons (see below).

Studios & Venues

Studio and venue bookings l will be covered by clients. But don’t worry! I have a shot in a couple of great studios across Singapore that I can recommend based on your project needs and budget.

Transport Costs

Depending on the project, I may require transport to and fro (e.g. carrying heavy equipment, location inaccessible by public transport, rainy weather etc.). Clients may choose to book taxis by Grab/Ryde/GoJek etc. or they can request the receipt to be added to their final invoice. For simple shoots, this will not be necessary.

Notes:

Second photographers and videographers will have their own equipment. I will liase with them to determine what they need to prepare based on your needs. Extra costs may be incurred.

If you require extra services or add-ons not on this list, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate to them within your budget.

I take the safety and comfort of my clients very seriously. Most affiliates and assistants are female and/or queer, and vetted thoroughly to ensure a safe and happy working environment. I will provide you with their name, portfolio and/or social media profiles beforehand.

If our shoot concept includes any nudity, I will message any potential studios ahead of time to ensure maximum comfort and privacy for you.

Yes. I offer discounts on a few occasions:

• First-time clients enjoy 10% off their final invoice.

• Returning clients enjoy the option of 5 extra final images, free of charge.

Do note extra services and add-ons are billed on top of discounts and half/full-day rates.

Billing and Invoicing

During negotiations, we will discuss budget, extra services, add-ons and final deliverables. The invoice will be finalised and sent to you within 24 hours.

To secure your booking, you will need to place a 40% non-refundable deposit. Your deposit to secure the booking will need to be made at least one week before the shoot date. For example, our shoot date is 14 October 2023. Your deposit must be placed by 7 October 2023.

If extra costs are incurred during the shoot, a revised invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours after the shoot concludes. The remainder is paid after you receive your final images.

Platform Fees

Please note that if you found me on platforms like UpWork, platform fees will apply. For example, for every $100 I charge, I will receive $90 after they deduct their platform fee. To make up for this, I will have to charge $110, in order to receive $100. I seek your kind understanding on this matter.
